Wabash is setting up temporary FREE WiFi spots around Mercer County for those who do not have an internet connection during this state and national emergency. These spots will be ready by the end of the week or earlier.

We understand the value and need of the internet for students still needing to access assignments, and for those needing to interact with companies and others remotely.

Users will be able to connect to this free WiFi while still practicing social distancing from their cars.

Please use the network named Wabash Free WiFi, available from 8:00am to 8:00pm at the following locations:

– Celina: Bryson Memorial Pool parking lot NE of the pool
– Chattanooga: Chatt Fire Department parking lot
– Coldwater: Pla-Mor Lanes N parking lot
– Fort Recovery: Pavilion parking lot W of the pool
– Rockford: Shanes Park Community Building, E parking lot
– St. Henry: St. Henry Church CCD Building W parking lot

March 16  |  LOBBY CLOSURE

Beginning March 17, 2020, our office lobbies will be closed to the public.

We will accommodate for customers needing to pick up/drop off equipment, but please call first.

Please use the drop box at each office as alternatives to coming into the office, or make payments via phone or SmartHub. If you do not have a SmartHub account, we’d be happy to help you set it up over the phone.

Our technicians are still installing service and making repairs. However, we ask you to help us with maintaining service standards by practicing your own social responsibility. If you or someone you have been in contact with is not feeling well, please call us to reschedule. This is for your protection along with the protection of our team, and the interactions we make with many others in our community that could be especially vulnerable.

We appreciate your understanding. We’ll get through this together!

As always, please call us with any questions. Our phone line is available 24/7 – 419.942.1111.
