Return Policy

Wabash will accept returns of purchased items within 30 days of the receipt of the equipment, as long as the equipment is in as-new condition and in its original packaging.

Products that are found to be defective or have become defective may be returned for repair or exchanged for replacements within six months of the purchase date.  Replacement units will be covered by the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Returned products must be in as-new condition, with all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables and any other items originally included with the product. All equipment will be inspected upon receipt to determine an appropriate fee and billed accordingly. Wabash holds the right to reject any returns.

Any associated shipping, handling or installation charges remain due and payable.

How to Return

To return products, please call Wabash Customer Service at 419-942-1111 during business hours or email directly to receive an RMA#. The model number, description of the problem, quantity, serial number(s) and contact method are required before an RMA# is generated.

Once the RMA# is generated, the item(s) are to be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of the RMA# and in as-new condition, disassembled, in the original packaging, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials may result in partial refunds, additional charges or the RMA request being denied.

At the time of return, a replacement unit may be requested. Replacement units will be billed in full and credited back to the customer upon completion of the RMA request.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Do not write or mark on anything, including the packaging.
