You must be a Wabash internet customer to be eligible for our mobile service. If you can no longer have our internet service due to a move to a new address that is not currently serviceable, you will be able to retain your mobile service for an additional fee of $25/month per line.

Enter your device’s IMEI number to see if it’s compatible with our network.

Yes, trade-in service is available at checkout. The amount of the trade-in will have an estimate available — upon request by calling our mobile support help line — but will not be finalized until the device has been sent to our mobile service team and qualified by our device department. When the device has been qualified, the final device trade-in price will be applied as a credit to your next invoice.

Device financing is available for all devices purchased through the website at the time of checkout or if you are currently an active customers and choose to upgrade your device. You will be required to provide your social security number for a credit check through a third-party agency. The total financed amount is dependent on your credit rating returned by the agency. This is a soft credit check and will not affect your credit rating.

No. We provide flexible plans with no contracts, so you can select the options that best fit your needs. You are free to switch plans or cancel at any time.

With our By The Gig plan, you do not have a monthly gig limit. Instead, you are charged for each gig you use at $15/GB. Portions of gigs used are not prorated; for example, if you use 1.5 GB of data, you will be charged for 2 GB. We will send alerts as you near/exceed each gig.

The activation fee is currently free.

Yes, Canada and Mexico are included in our plans. For roaming outside the US, Mexico, and Canada, a call to the Mobile Support Team would need to be made to enable roaming to other countries and enable the applicable charges. The Mobile Support Team can also advise on rates to locations outside of the US, Mexico, and Canada.
