Customer Service Representative

This full-time position involves working closely with customers to identify and assess their internet, TV and phone service needs.

Responsibilities include:
– Direct interaction with customers via phone, email and in-person
– Establish and maintain customer records in industry-specific software
– Use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Identify and recommend service needs for customers
– Explain and educate customers on the proper use of equipment and services – may entail simple troubleshooting
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Perform other duties as needed
– Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime as needed

– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a team environment and individually
– Ability to manage multiple tasks
– Strong communication and computer skills
– Positive demeanor
– Customer service experience is a plus
– Analytical and troubleshooting skills are a plus
