Return Policy
Within 30 days of the equipment purchase date, you may return the equipment for a full refund. Equipment must be returned in original condition and in unopened packaging with all parts included. Returns can be made at either of our office locations.
All equipment will be inspected upon receipt and will be refunded or billed accordingly. Wabash holds the right to reject any returns.
Any associated shipping, handling or installation charges remain due and payable.
Equipment Warranty
Equipment that is found to be defective or has become defective may be returned for repair or exchanged for replacement within six months of the purchase date. Warranty of equipment and any replacement equipment shall cease six months after the initial purchase date.
This warranty covers only normal use. Wabash is not responsible for warranty replacement should the equipment fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, damage caused by disasters such as flood, fire, or lightning, or service other than by Wabash. The warranty is also void if the equipment is supplied or licensed for beta, evaluation, promotional, testing or demonstration in which Wabash does not charge a purchase price or license fee.
Equipment manufacturers may offer extended warranties. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek and extend a warranty directly with the manufacturer.

- Assembly seal is removed or damaged.
- Firmware loaded is not the factory firmware.
- Hardware was subject to abnormal physical or electrical stress, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.
- Serial number is altered, defaced or removed.
- Hardware is supplied or licensed for beta, evaluation, promotional, testing or demonstration in which Wabash does not charge a purchase price or license fee.
Ineligible Equipment
Some items may be excluded from returns and warranty. Equipment such as TV remotes and Fire TV Sticks are not eligible for replacement warranty through Wabash.
